Regular conference fees include attendance to the Welcome reception and to the Banquet reception. Those are not included for reduced conference fees categories.
Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception provides an excellent opportunity to network, meet old friends and colleagues, as well as meet new people as the program begins. A light cocktail will be served during the event.

Banquet Reception
Join us for an evening of fun and local surprises at the iconic Château Frontenac!
On the program, a welcome cocktail, a multi-course menu with local flavor from a very renowned chef and lively traditional Quebec music to end the banquet in style!
